School
Purchase Orders
We
do accept school purchase orders. If you’re an accredited
public or private school, please fax a copy of the school
purchase order showing the BILL TO and SHIP TO address
to 702-262-9613. Make sure the purchase order shows a dollar
amount for at least the total purchase. You
can use our fax order form for size and color information
and fax it along with the purchase order. You may also
click to order and print the check out page showing the
styles, sizes and colors that you need.
Exchange/Refund
Policy
Exchanges
and Refunds on catalog items can be made only within 30 days
of shipment. There are NO exchanges or refunds on special
orders or closeout items. All merchandise that is returned
must be in original new condition, the way you received it.
Shoes that show wear or scuff marks will be discarded and
donated to charity and exchanges or refunds will not be issued.
The US Post Office gives you FREE bags and boxes so please,
do not destroy shoe boxes by taping them directly as you
will be charged for a new box ($2.00). It is the customer’s
responsibility to return an item and we suggest sending it
insured with a delivery confirmation as packages do get lost
in the mail. There are no refunds on shipping or handling
charges. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice or
packing slip, note CLEARLY on it what you would like us to
send you back for an exchange. There
is a $8.00 reshipping charge for the first item and $2.00
for each additional item. If we made a mistake in shipping, there will be NO reshipping
charge and return shipping will be refunded back to your
credit card. This process can take up to 3-4 weeks. If you
need your exchange back faster, we suggest reordering what
you need as a new order then return the unwanted merchandise
with a note on a copy of the original packing slip, note
the words "CROSS EXCHANGE" with
the INVOICE NUMBER of your new order. Then the return will
be credited back to your credit card and any refund fees
will be waived.
FOR
REFUNDS there is a 15% restocking charge. Shipping and
handling is not refundable under any circumstances. If
you received FREE shipping on your order an additional
$8.00 per pair, original shipping, will be deducted from
your refund. As sizing is very hard and we try our best to recommend a size. We can not guarantee the fit and sometimes an exchange is in order.
Free Shoe bags are FREE but when you return shoes the Free
shoe bag must be returned with the shoes. Other wise there
is a $5.00 shoe bag fee. Also some of our Professional shoes
come with a FREE shoe brush. If the brush is not returned
there is a $6.99 charge for the cost of the brush.
For
orders outside the continental USA any shipping charges
will be actual.

Purchasing
If
you are a retailer and resell dancewear we offer a 25%
discount from our already low internet prices. You must
fax us a copy of your business license and/or sales tax
permit depending on the state you are in to open an account.
Your opening order must be at least $500.00 and follow-up
orders have a minimum of $100.00. You can use our Fax/Mail
order form to fax your order and an invoice will be
emailed or faxed to you. We also offer 100 piece Assorted
Pre-packs of Gymnastic, Hologram and Velvet Leotards and
Unibikes at a substantial discount from our internet prices.
